Wednesday 27 Jan - Day 1 of cycle 4 - 12/15
Today is the first day of using the volume 12/15 as per my previous post.
I will use this for this week and see if I notice anything. If I do not then I shall reduce the volume again for another week.
This is the start of my 4th week, so far as you have read I have noticed absolutely nothing and at 13/15 I was very optimistic and hopeful, especially as I paid money for this updated version even though I had the previous version.
I was optimistic and now im midly less so and not sure if I will get away even with this sub and its FRM :/
