So you continually somehow 'forget' to listen.. how hard is it to do so? Nobody else has this issue.

And then you complain to Shannon that things aren't working and try to blame him yet you can't even follow the instructions.

But as usual I assume you'll have a page of excuses to give me that I don't really want to read.

If you don't want to read then don't ask ... simples but your rude undertone is both beneath me and I believe this forum. Learn some decorum Benjamin it will serve you well. - in the vernacular "chillax and listen to E3" lol.

For those that must know my journals explains the "forgetting to play" due to my UK lifestyle and the context of this current journals adds further to that.

Current experience doesn't take anything away from previous failings of the subs either.

You do all this same old stuff since you come here. It's 'too hard' to listen, you 'forget', etc.. then you pretend to have no idea what's going on when you can't get a refund because you haven't followed the instructions and blame us. It's getting old, and not just for me.

are you really jumping onto my journal with hyperbole, personal unjustified attacks and as a member of staff here showing complete lack of customer service or tact. It would have served you well to simply private message me rather than continue this unnecessary tirade on my public journal which is here to serve as a data point and a reminder.

Try a different sub that deals with anger or something because you have this habit of jumping on journals and doing what you did here.

I can address, disarm and dismantle each and every one of your points but honestly my life isnt to stay glued onto a forum on the world wide web, is yours? (hypothetic question, please dont answer).

I always remain polite with all here, including YOU and suggest you do the same or learn manners. On that note, either private message me or bury whatever issues you have because I dont really have time for childish quibbles but if you cannot private message me.

Again nothing said here or previously was remotely impolite but I do suggest you work on your tact, not all here need such discourse on their journals and you doing this is probably making my journal far longer to read than necessary.
