I am using AMS 8 hours a day and NSFM 1 hour a day will this damage my brain as two 5 g programs cannot be used at the same time but it was a grey area as Dr. Shannon says NSFM can be used any thoughts ?

You can't use it every day with AM. Look here.

Thor, I suggest you rethink the usage of NSFM. You can use it, but it may lessen your AM results. It may mess with your results. So you commit to 6 months of AM6 and I am pretty sure you want to get EVERYTHING out of it that you can get. Or you just plan on doing AM6 over and over again, then you can mess with it, as you wish, but don't expect to get the results that were promised.

It won't damage your brain but as mentioned it will lessen your AM6 results so it's best not to.
