How do I run through AF again?

I know for a fact I need a rerun or 2 but is the best way to go about it?

Do I wait a month or 6 months before I do the second run?

Also I have noticed that AM is actually 7 stages while AF is only 6. I think the sixth stage of AF is the refesher. Do need to listen to stage 6 to before I do the rerun or stage 5 then back to stage 1?

You can do EPHRA for 6 months and then do AF again if needed.

If you want to run through AF, and you're ready to do it again, just run through it again from scratch. If you're coming out of a six stage set, give yourself a week or two to let the previous programming set, and then start.
