While sleeping had a two dreams, one i was in battle of troy but it is kind of blurry think that dream is from me playing new assassins creed, second dream i remember clearly i was buying a house in some tropical place and the house was 1.6 million and i remember the price didnt make me even blink its like 1.6 million was change i would find in the couch, so hopefully some stuff from USLM is working its magic or it could just be a dream but hoping for the best

So today starts my 3 day break, nothing really happened this week as far as luck and success goes, although did get more hours this week at job when i only work sat and sun so thats something also been feeling more confident, more assure of myself also ive started to cut out porn again its just a waste of my time. Now something that has happened consistently since i started USLM every night i dream i am in a medieval battle with swords and shields, its either i am actually participating in it or im watching from above then after that dream it goes black then i start dreaming about two girls who have very beautiful bodies but their faces are blurry and its those two dreams every night no idea what the significance of them is.

Almost forgot i got a new external hard drive from amazon and it came with two months of photoshop which didnt say on the product page it would, and its good because i would need it for artwork for POD business, slipped my mind and it just got delivered an hour ago

Couple things one i feel very confident and successful on last day of loops then after that it all disappears on the break, it builds up to the last day then its gone, two did randomly start cleaning which is nice and three one of my goals is to lose weight and i have been thinking more and more about boxing i have a heavy bag that i dont really use but been thinking more about using it and getting a jump rope for cardio so minor things nothing huge yet.

Few things, when applying to new job i did immediately get a buildup of heat in the middle of my chest, I also did do some boxing yesterday it wasn't a lot because something came up but at least i did some boxing and i started new cycle of loops last night i felt like i slept for at least 18 hours or more but i am still tired not sure if thats the sub doing some work or not

So sent resume in to another job they emailed me back within the hour asking me what hours and days i could work, and i really need another job since i only work two days a week, Also yesterday i had a very visual image of my body looking like a fitness model's i wasnt even looking in the mirror i was just waking up and looked down and it kind of shocked me it was almost real.

And i have had a couple dreams about my ex no idea why, that relationship ended three/four years ago dont know if it is the fear modules or something else thats doing it.

Something else i just remembered and i cant believe i forgot because it was a huge thing, because im short i always felt like i was a kid even though im in my 20's so whenever i was around people taller than me which is almost everyone i would never feel like a man, would never feel mature in anything i did, woke up yesterday that was gone i was confident i actually felt like a man cant believe i forgot that because that was a huge massive problem in my life and it just disappeared and i didn't even realize until right now

Haven't had time to post, I started a new job haven't noticed anything in the way of success until just now when i was going over my goals and one of them is to stick to a keto diet to lose weight then i looked in the fridge when i got home from work and my parents who i still live with went out and got about 5 packages of steak and 3 dozen eggs and told me to eat them.

Now how specific do these goals have to be worded? My first goal is to start making money online would i just write down "I want to start a business online and start making x amount of money" or be more specifc like what type of business, when do you want it started up, how much money you want to make from it etc etc? just wondering because the keto goal is literally "keep to keto diet and lose weight" and the sub seems to be working on that goal or is it because that goal is simple and thats why its working even though its lower priority and the business one has alot of parts to it?

Just answer the basic questions of what you want to do and when, in a general enough way that it has freedom in how it comes about, but specific enough that it can't be escaped through silly loopholes like, "Oh, well, I'll just put that off until tomorrow... forever."

If you specify a time frame, be generous, but balance it with reason.

The program will try to autoprioritize your goals such that they are achieved in the optimal way and order to enable all of them to be achieved as successfully as possible.

Short Update:

After reading through Shannons journal discussion i rewrote my goals for long medium and short term last night ill post them maybe shannon could hopefully give me feedback when he isnt so busy on if i wrote them down wrong or not specific enough etc etc.

Also yesterday i was thinking i didn't have enough time to start up a business because i was working 7 days a week, well they phoned me this morning said they were slowing down and wont need me the rest of the week, not sure if thats just some bad luck or good luck as i now have time to research niches to start business on.


Here are my goals

Long term Goal

Become income independent where i dont have to worry about money and can buy a boat and sail the world and travel the world and retire at 30 to 35 and still have my business self automated and still bringing in money that keeps me income independent as a multi millionare

Medium Term Goal

Become a multi-millionare by starting a Print-on-demand business or a couple of
other businesses on Shopify/Amazon and have that acheived by the time i am 30

Short term goal

Research and Identify niche or niches to start Print on demand business and/or other businesses on Shopify/Amazon that will make me a multi-millionare by the time i am 30

This niche or niches will be researched and identifed and used as fast as possible[from now November 20, 2018 to January 1st, 2019] to start a business on Shopify/Amazon so i can start making money to make me a multi millionare by the time i am 30

very short update, since i last posted i have no job and had according to my doctor all the symptoms of a heart attack and at my age that definitely should not be happening, I have absolutely no idea how the hell that all happened in the space of 5 days everything was fine then it all just came at once, dont know what im going to do now

I found out some new stuff today about that Shannon when i went back to doctor today, pissed me off too


Well i told my doctor what i Had the feeling of elephant on chest, pain in left arm, lightheadedness, headache,, shortness of breath he sent me off got a ecg done the lady then sent me directly to emergency they monitored me for a while did blood work and ran another ecg which came out fine and so did blood work kept me a little while longer to monitor me see if anything changed, well went back to doctor today as they sent the first ecg to a cardiologist turns out the lady who did my first ecg didn't read the damn thing correctly and completely screwed up telling me there was something wrong.

I starting talking with my doctor on what it could be talked about alot of stuff, until i said that i keep getting this tightness in my chest whenever im around my mother which is everyday as i live with her and that she is constantly angry at everything, one little thing and she will fly off the handle especially while driving as soon as he heard that he said i have an anxiety disorder and that if its bad it can have heart attack symptoms so i got all that cleared up just have to start taking pills for it.

But yeah lady at laboratory read the ecg wrong and told me to go straight to emergency so was very worried and freaking out
