You get a choice . The subliminal can't make you do anything you don't want to do already, there's no worries. I believe Alpha Female will grow you along your own personal standards, so I doubt you will stray from any religious views you currently have.

If your religious views are based on guilt, shame and fear, you may want to avoid this program because it will work to dissolve and destroy guilt, shame and fear in you.
