Funny you said that, there have been a lot of people at the gym talking about how they were smokers and cough up a lung when they get into cardio. Any excuses or feelings like that which come up to try and hold you back from where you want to be, release that. Each day that goes by the work outs will get better. Release the fear of having an intense workout.
