I have used the free EPHRA, many years ago, then bought E2 when it came out.  I enjoyed that sub a lot.  I then ran DMSI for years, a few other subs (USLM V2/3/4/4.1, SDM, OF 5.75G), and now LTU6 5.75G.  The new LTU has E4 in it, and so far, it's really great.  So in that sense, I'm on EPHRA, which has always been beneficial for my personality type.

The damage porn does is understated. Only the last few years, is there enough information coming out showing what it does, how, why etc.

The porn issue needs to be handled. I didn't go quite to the extreme you did with it, each of us develop different personal "fetishes" through the porn, but that's the typical progression. Needing more and more extreme dopamine rushes from the porn, to get the same feeling. Eventually, you're so far removed from reality, that you lose the ability to be turned on and gain an erection from a real female. It's serious.

It's taken me like two years of vigilance to just start getting morning woods back, starting to slightly gain erections in regards to normal females at times. Even now, after all this time, my erections aren't 100% back to normal. That causes a degree of worry about being intimate with a woman, naturally, the worry about not having a full erection capability yet. It takes a very long time to heal from this damage from porn.

My advice is to take it very seriously. Educate yourself at one of the most well-known sites on the subject, by Dr. Gary Wilson: yourbrainonporn.com . EHPRA may, or may NOT deal with this, for this a direct approach is best. I too have suffered from this for years, I know what you're feeling. I actually dropped subs altogether back then, after a week or two. Big mistake, but we live and we learn. 

The current version is v3, but it’s going to be replaced by v4 real soon, maybe as soon as a couple of weeks. The new version might be the same price but only Shannon can confirm that for sure.

Latest published version is v3, which is 5.5G.  I'll be extracting v4 from LTU6 and publishing it soon.  It is a 5.75G.  Because of the corona virus pandemic and the economic hit it's had on everyone, I am not raising prices right now.  So v4 will be the same price as v3 when it comes out.  If you can afford it and you need the best available right now, do v3 and get v4 whenever you can.  If you can not easily afford it, wait for v4.

And yes, you can switch from older version to newer version without a break.

This is good to hear Shannon. I'm working hard on my business to earn more so I'll be able to have to money for it. Good luck on extracting the v4 from LTU6. Corona is hitting us all hard. Personally I've got to say that all my life this year has been probably the worse.

OF is a newer sub, and very popular nowadays beside LTU6. E3 has FRM in it, but it is removing fears that related to E3 goals. OF's goal is completely removing ALL of fears, not related to any subjects, all of them. OF is newer tech and as you read journals, people started to give very good feedbacks about it. 
I used too E1 (which is free version, you are using this) but just one week, once I saw some weird dreams which means sub is started to work on me, then I switched to AM6. 

As I understand you are new to subs. Give yourself some time with free EPRHA, and see how it is affecting you, Here in IML, you can find some very good subliminals those really can help you with your monetary matters.

A small update. Earlier before while taking a bath I thought of bully back in 4th grade. He used to kick me in the nuts with the intention of getting me infertile and what not. He also used to tease me with a girl which back then I find really annoying. I didn't to much to fought back which is very much one of my regrets. He was my seatmate for the majority of my 4th grade. Before him seating next to me, I used to look up to him because he was intelligent and was good in math. Our teacher and advised like him deeply. He didn't use any scratch paper to make math computations. Once our teacher saw him kicking me and our adviser didn't do anything but just told him to stop in a fairly nice way.

Looking back I want to kick him in the nuts or worse cut them and shove it up his a--. I'm a bit of an asshole now but that's what I think. I'm even planning at times on going to the place where he lives and doing this upon him for revenge. But just earlier I think off what if I just forgive him for it? I said "f--- that". Still this is the only time I thought of that. Bear in mind I have said to myself of forgiving what my ex has done and moving on but I haven't thought of moving on from this prick. With my biz I just did it back then. I didn't actually made much plans. I just dived in and after 2 years it was pretty much a success financially. It's just that Corona is hitting me hard lately. Good thing I have back financials to live on. But being sick practically 3/4 of this year isn't helping as well. I know when things slowly get back to normal, everything will be ok but I still am motivated to try new biz ideas. It's still a small biz but enough to make me live comfortably for the past years as compared to when I was working.

Thanks for explaining. Yes I've been into subs since AM4. I have even tried AM3 since a friend gave it to me back then. Too bad I don't have journals that I can check. I even remember getting the Learn Musical Instrument for when I was learning the guitar.
