I definitely appreciate it Shannon, and yes after seeing what this sub has done in just a few short weeks there's definitely a 99% chance that I'll be extending it to the 3 month mark.

Day 25:

I'm starting to feel a strong urge to take better care of myself. I've improved my hygiene in the past couple days. My hygiene has always been good but now it's like I'm pulling out all the stops, and even preparing for the next day as soon as I come home. I'm also less hesitant about getting things done around the house. Also, when it comes to getting things done period I jump up and seize the opportunity.

Day 27:

Still going strong with motivation to get things done, even when I'm tired mentally and/or physically. I'm also getting more comfortable with wearing business style clothing more often. Guess this may have to do with self esteem as my personal uniform the past couple months has been basketball shorts and a t-shirt. I'm waking up ready to seize the day and handle my business, something I haven't felt in over a month. As long as this keeps up I've got a bright future ahead.

Day 29:

After careful consideration I've decided that I'll be giving E2 a break and resuming it in September this year. The reason is for this is after an honest self-assessment, one thing I've noticed is that my negative thinking is hindering my progress a little. I'm sure the script for positive thinking and attitude are in E2, but I've come across another sub I feel will also help with my negative thinking habit, AND shield me from other people's negativity at the same time. It's called "Attract Positive Energy". I really don't want to seem like I'm sub hopping, I just know from experience that when you're trying to progress as a person, outer negativity can really hold you back even if you're a strong person.

I want to fortify myself inside and out and it seems that APE will help me with this. There's also no reviews or detailed journals on APE which has me even more curious about it. After my current E2 run is over, I'll be switching to APE for 32 days and then back to E2 or is so I can continue to build upon my foundation. I'll also be doing a detailed review for APE, and keeping a journal as well so future members and customers have more info on it.

Then what exactly does APE 4G do?...I read its description a couple times and it seems to purge negativity but also shield you and attract positive energy.

Day 32:

Not too many updates to report besides a slightly stronger feeling of being self-secure. As stated in my last entry I'm switching to APE as of tomorrow for a 32 day run to help strengthen the foundation of what E2 has already done.

Honestly you'd be much better off continuing with E2 for an extended amount of time instead of using APE. E2 will help you attract more positivity into your life due to the healing and being connected with yourself, I found that I started to attract people more on my wavelength.

And only 32 days isn't that long especially for PTSD issues, you did notice an awesome shift from what you've written but there may be remnants left which is why it's recommended using E2 for atleast 3-6 months.

I say this coming from my past experience of trauma and having done E2 myself and knowing what it does.

The difference being, APE does it as a side effect, if it is done. The other two do it intentionally, and in a directed manner. DMSI, for example actually incorporates a reflection shield.

Day one of my second run, just woke up and already have crazy things stirring up with E2. Yesterday I had a great night out with my 2 closest friends. As soon as I left their presence I began feeling angry and depressed as if I hated the life I was going back to. When I got home I waited until midnight to start playing the sub again.

I felt a sadness that I couldn't shake. As soon as midnight came around I began playing it. My first dream involves me laying down and bed and something or someone aggressively knocking on my door. Funny thing is, I could tell I was consciously dreaming because I kept thinking that whatever was knocking, I wanted it to go away and even thought to myself in the dream that it's probably a part of my subconscious that I don't want to deal with.

After the knocking stopped I went to the living room and played with my daughter for the rest of the dream but kept looking out the window and the peephole. My second dream was even stranger. I was some famous football coach who was also teaching a younger version of myself to become the best football player ever. My younger self watched the older me die and mourned his death. Then the younger me became the new coach and another young me experienced the same thing. Before the dream could keep going though my wife woke me up.

These 2 dreams may be the most symbolic I've ever had.

Luckily so. The only product of Shannon's I've used so far that doesn't have an instant effect on me is sleep magic. I usually don't feel the effect of either audio until 15-20 minutes after they stop playing. After that I get super sleepy and with the power nap I drag around for about 20 minutes after I wake up.
