Sorry dont mean to hijack this thread and and make it us v them just to clarify. I
lived in San Francisco, travelled around California. Spent a few weeks West Palm Beach, Florida, Miami. I had both men and women start conversations with me on the street in coffee shops in bars etc. They have this genuine fascination for europe and who I am. Far cry from the a city like London. The general mentality of the british is to not to talk to anyone outside of their family or social circle. Its very easy to befriend a foreign girl who has recently moved to London. As they are keen to make friends in a new country. It's winter, it's Sunday and there's not a lot of people about, let alone any females. However, coming out of the supermarket I did get a couple of random hellos, one was from a 20 something mother of two kids, quite attractive and never seen her before in my life haha, the other probably mid 30's or so, walking her dog's, again quite an attractive women. Never seen either of them before in my life. Also very very tired today, I ended up napping ( which I never do) for over an hour. Early days yet, but all looks good so far. *Update" Went out for dinner at the local bar and the young bar girl was extra chatty tonight. Wanted to know what I had for dinner, whether it was good. I said I had a steak with salad and fries, she says "oh that's my favorite" Can't wait to see what happens after a couple of weeks of listening.

Day 1 Observations
I went with 2 loops yesterday, spaced about 4 hours apart. I used headphones, computer speakers, and trickling stream flac. Not much noticeable effect so far, but I didn't have much in the way of direct personal contact. I didn't feel any tingling or other sensations as reported by some other posters. One thing I did notice was a surge in energy around women I found attractive. It seems the power adjusts well to different attraction levels. I also found myself generally more outgoing and pointed towards more social interaction, more charming and physically sexy in general. These effects were subtle, not overt.

Thankyou for sharing your experiences with the program. When you said you experienced a surge of energy around the women you found attractive. What do you exactly mean ?. Did you feel a rush of sexual energy ? more horny ? an experience of wanting to bone her ? hardons ?

I went with 2 loops yesterday, and 3 at night, I'm not feeling tired at all so I think I will stick to 3 at night for the next few days to get used to the sub. Nothing to report as of yet, it's been about 26 hours since first exposure.

Thank you 4Kingdoms for this update. This does change things for me a bit. I've been following the previous suggestion as laid out by Shannon which is 1 loop per day for 5 days and then increasing to 2 loops. Shannon said he was tired when he ran those models so I'll await another reading but I may adjust my exposure time depending on future information.
