I Busted my nuts 4 times after 4 days on "B". I have noticed that when I am on "B". I can go longer on NoFap like 4-5 days.. But on "A" it's only like 2 days or so..Doing 7 loops atm

Ok, Right now I took some sleep pills to help me knock out and I will tell u why..

I have been jumping between "A" and "B" and I am starting to understand few stuff..

First Try on "B" - When I started with "B".. I felt awesome and was motivated as fuck and I mean my depression and anxiety most gone.. It was amazing. If 8 remember my sleep timing also got fixed.. All on 1 loop

Second on "A" - After being on "B" I jumped on "A" after a month.
I used 1 loop and believe me I felt like Shit.. Absolutely shit and unproductive.. My sleep got messed up again. After Increased it 2 loops.. After that I jumped on "B" only for a week as something pulled me to use "A" more but I only used
But this time "A" worked differently.. My sleep timing got normal again..

Now I am in "B" 7loops and my sleep messed up again so I am pretty sure that whenever a deep fear or issues are being hit in my subc.. My subc mess up my sleep pattern..

I am making progress as I have noticed that I can socially talk to anyone easily even though I am not that much of extroverted dude but what I do in those moments is enough to impress to let others open up

Ate something bad yesterday and now I am sick.. Still had horny dream and busted twice. 2 - 3 days of NoFap

Dreamt that my ex's mom was trying to seduce me she said" I want to break you"..didnt fuck in dream but thats the reason I busted one out....Also I was sick so I didnt have that much will to fight.

Also,dreamt that I was drinking Honey and it tasted so nice...Never had a dream like that. Google its meaning and found it realted to Money,Prosperity and Love...Still I wont keep obsessing about it..

So in one day my dreams were related to Sex and Money..Hmmm 7 loops still on

I have this thought and feeling at the back of my mind that something good is on the way if I keep listening to DMSI.. Something that's gonna make me really happy and grateful..

I have no idea what it is but I am optimistic..
