Ok, after tomorrow's morning rehearsal I'll be past the biggest hurdles (because at least I'm going to be ble to get enough sleep ). Then still quite a bit of work until the end of June, but not at this level of intensity.
I think I'll finish up this week using 4 loops, then do another one at 4 loops, and then start increasing them, perhaps testing out 5 or 7 loops of ver. A.
Noticing promising effects, external and internal.
Funny story - I ran into a pretty high-ranked heavyweight boxing prizefighter at the store today. I looked at him for a short while, in a "hey, I know that guy! What was his name?" way - and he seemed to become scared of me for some unfathomable reason, due to the bit of attention.
