Day 4
Not too much to comment on today, at work I was probably more chatty and open than I was previously. No women in near vicinity except for bosses' wife lol.
During last night's listen I noticed sensations in my solar plexus and an altered state of mind, Interestingly I found myself in a slightly altered state of mind and I was urging the energy to spread into my heart as it felt cold/hard compared to my solar plexus. I also notice the warmth and aura whilst I am lying down in bed, not sure if this is because I'm under my warm blanket or if I am in a quieter state of mind so I become more aware of the subtle energies running through my body. Noticed dreams that I can't really remember either but something from childhood.
