Time for an update. A little over 2 weeks with 3 loops and from my what I've seen the effectiveness of the sub has improved. The problem I beleive is that I'm having difficulty maintaining the gains once they're reached. For the first few days of switching to 3 loops, I felt into a deep depression. I felt this darkness but could not pinpoint it's exact cause. On the last day, I decided to sleep it off and went to bed early. The next morning I woke up and felt much better. On the way to work stopped at the store, and immediately noticed a couple of ladies checkin me out. Throughout the day, the IOI's increased and culminated at the gym. At the gym, had 2 to 3 women starting working out in my vincinity. Was finishing my second set of bench press and rose up to sit on the bench. I noticed one of the women a tall slender blonde staring directly at me. She untied her pony tail, tossed her hair and gave me a look almost identical to the attached picture. Priceless.

Was at the park yesterday, and got a few longing gazes from a few ladies who unfortunately were accompanied by their significant others and children. On another note, twice I've come across dogs who immediately went into this extreme submissive mode (i.e. practically walking so low on their legs that it looks like they're walking on their bellies). One of the woman kept telling me "don't worry he's friendly he won't bite". I tried to engage the dog to show I wasn't a threat but he was clearly terrified. She had to pull really hard on the leash to get the dog moving has he kept starring at me with that please don't hurt me look.
I just started 4 loops / day this morning and planning to stick with this regime for the next two weeks. I will update if warranted.
