I haven't updated for over a month mainly because there hasn't been any significant changes or "improvements" since the last time I've posted. To be honest, I feel that the results have regressed somewhat. Was on version B (1 loop / day) for close to a month and felt invisible during the whole run. Did some testing with alternating weekly runs of A and B and I seem to be getting "better" results with version A. For the last three days, I've increased the number of loops to 2. Some IOI's here and there but nothing earth shattering and absolutely no approaches at all. According to the maestro, there is another 2 iteration before he consider's the product final and I feel that there is much to overcome for the product to meet it's design goal at least for me.
On the weight loss front, I'm very close to my goal and feel close to being in the best shape of my life. For the first time in close to 30 years, my abs are showing. Yay! Still have pockets of fat here and there but I expect these to dissolve over time as I keep the same diet and exercise habits.
