Not much has happened since the last time I posted. I haven't noticed baseline IOI's either. I starting to notice that a lot of the sub's effect are dependent on the way I feel. Lately, I've been down in a funk in the gutter so to speak. At work, I have been told to train the engineers on the use of specialized software that I only being able to use. It's a beast to learn and I'm not sure they gonna get it as there is a lot of programming involved to get it to work to meet the organization's business needs. I feel being taken advantaged of and that is pissing me off :@. On top of this, there is a lot of movement at work and people are getting fired left and right adding to the anxiety that I feel about my future at this place. They are not even bothering to announce departures anymore as they are buried in the HR intranet site. I find out about firings when I look for staff and I'm being told by someone that this person is no longer employed. Sorry for the rant. I just needed to get it off my chest.
