Both logically and gramatically, that would be a degeneration of the statement. Because you cannot heal faster than maximum speed, attempting to specify "rapidly" only acts to confuse the issue for the subconscious. Do I heal rapidly, or as fast as I can? This would cause the healing to be slowed down, since rapidly is not "maximum speed", and the subconscious is absolutely literal.
Grammtically, it makes no sense for the same reason.
You cannot further enhance the speed of healing beyond that if its maximum.
