Core States of Awareness

I wonder if the Core States of Awareness is regarded as a sub as well?

Meaning can you use it in between, while working on another sub like ASC (as i do for the moment). Just to make sure, as concerning the subs you should do one after the other.

I feel curious about being able to explore the brain states though

Core states is just brainwaves by themselves.

You should be fine using it on the same day, BUT not at the exact same time e.g not while listening to a subliminal, keep some time inbetween.
