Strong anxiety of the "anticipating something good" kind. It's been a month of major change, some anticipated, some not. And the overall effect is good stuff.

No change in listening. Still doing 2 loops of ultrasonic.

The urge to switch from ultrasonic to hybrid hasn't come back. I'll stay with ultrasonic unless that urge returns, is stronger, etc.

Some tinnitus, including a strong, short episode during the morning. Lasted a minute or two.

Dreams overnight about my current job. Still working through the clearance process for the new job.

A bit of anxiety later in the loops. Appeared to be indirectly related to my current job.

Quiet day on the sub front.

Lots of other things going on. My buddy at work turned in his notice. He's going to the same job I am - in fact he got me connected with the new job - but he's a couple of weeks ahead of me in the process. Going to be a rough couple of weeks between his departure and mine.

Smooth is a good overall description. I'm not able to identify any further changes recently. A lot of the previous changes are "settling in", I'd say. A lot more calm optimism. 

There are still some places where I am emotionally sensitive, in a "not putting up with this" way. I still get angry from time to time, but I cool off a lot quicker than I used to, and with little to no effort needed to do so.

Definitely lots of improvement since I started the sub, and those improvements are showing signs of persistence. If the new 5.8G tech weren't even more powerful, I'd be trumpeting this sub to all who read these boards. I can only imagine what a 5.8G version of this sub would be like, especially considering the early testimonies from UH.

Continuing quiet/calm. Recovering from the last, lingering effects of the crud I had a couple of weeks back; almost completely gone. Took another covid test; still negative.
