Another 6 hour night; they kept us after opening night to give notes.
I'm awake and alert, but I'm tired and have brain fog. Will be able to sleep well tonight, since call time is only at 12:30 PM (will need to double check).

Had my first real lead guitar practice in a while; my chops were a bit clumsy at first, but I went for about 90 minutes, and I got up to really good speed. I'm hitting many neoclassical riffs for the next production I'm doing. I'll need to practice more often to get big boosts in my technique, but I'll have until early May to get myself into a new echelon.

Day 22,

I've one week deeper into my musical. Things have been going very well. It's all very smooth.
I'm making some occasional flubs and errors. A really big one at the matinee show where the capo when awry; it's a lifelong lesson at this point to bend the top E string back a tad before placing the capo so that it doesn't get pushed over the edge.

I cracked 6,000 known words in my German vocabulary yesterday, all while managing my full-time job and my musical-based responsibilities. I'm increasing my vocabulary by about 1,000 words every 20 days or so.

I must say, I'm excited to run AM7 Stage 0 (and eventually the subsequent not-yet-released stages)
It feels like the entire world around me is geared toward weakening me.
I know that I've felt a loss of resolve and personal self-certainty. To be fair, my last run of AM6 was nigh on 10 years ago at this point.
I've also made some realizations over what's waiting for me - aka the quality of people, partners, institutions - after developing myself to my fullest extent, and I've gotten depressed by my findings, which has translated into a loss of motivation in relation to sprinting toward the finish line.

I've gotten back to feeling sluggish when I wake up. I've been putting in 6.5 hours of sleep each night, so it's largely on me.

It's fun having the desire and healthy slow-burn motivation to reach the higher levels of my skill, yet none of the pressure and self-criticalness.
There is a brief adjustment that I've felt in relation to that, but I'm in that blessed situation.

I saw myself on camera a few times, and it's jarring how shaky and unconfident I look.
When I audit myself, I can definitely understand why.
To be frank, I don't feel in control of the trajectory of my life.
Dependent on X job, Y skills, Z attributes and advantages just to eek out a basic living.
Relying on subliminals to give me unlocks that other people seem to grasp naturally, and they don't pan out.

My efforts feel fruitless, and I'm stuck in the same position as I was last year.
Of course, this isn't actually true, but it's how it feels.
I look forward to running AM7 to address this at the core.

I feel you, I have the same - a feeling that I'm going in circles and have to use the most powerful subliminals in the market to maybe try and start functioning like a "normal" person, and have any kind of life whatsoever.

AM7 Stage 0 is a good idea, as it helps with this!

I think that I'll want to change subliminals to AM7 sooner than the recommended 3-month period.
I need to tackle some things at the heart of the issue; I believe that I've put off some necessary action for at least 1-2 years.
I've gotten the lessons that I've needed from changing to a tech/coding job by that point, but I haven't moved enough to progress my career, my finances.
I haven't pursued anyone for a relationship for about that time with minimal sex, and I don't feel compelled to do so.

I am, however, balls to the wall on training and self-education; largely on things with no immediate or obvious returns such as language, guitar, singing, and martial arts.
When I pursue money, I inevitably become more interested in training.
I think that I'll keep my current setup going through April, but I'll have a hard think about what I'll be listening through starting in May.

My inner critic is speaking very loudly and abruptly, speaking on all matters of my life and overriding my attempts to stay positive.
I think that this voice has always been there, but I've tried to bypass it via positive thinking, but it's hard to maintain.
Who knows what internal hurdle that this subliminal is working on at this time.

Id recommend the switch sooner than later and sticking to AM7 Stage 0 i have been running it since
Feburary 17th and its very effective.
