Yeah, I mean before I think I was running away entirely. It feels different. but It's hard. I do notice a real willingness to confront it. The biggest change is my job. We are in the hardest time of the year, and I am not afraid at all. But I am having other emotions

Maybe Ephra was actually more my sub, but I'm going to stick with this for a few more weeks and see where I'm at. It's amazing to be in a place where I'm not sabotaging myself out of fear... Even if it's difficult.
