[AM Stage 1 - Day 11] – Tested and Better Eye-Contact
Waas up!
Forgot to tell about the tests girls have been giving me lately.
When I white-lied about something, they looked me dead in the eye and I held it easily.
That's attractive to them, even if they don't like to be "bested".
Sometimes I eventually tell them the truth because they keep nagging.
But once I do, they lose all interest. I'm fine either way but when they think they got you to change your behaviour because of them, it's game over – it's f**ked up. If you can explain this psychology or game they play, please do so!
Btw. my eye-contact have become better and more steady.

Today I woke after 4 hours sleep and couldn't sleep again.
So we did errands and took a nap later.
After nap, the regular workout and then off to work.
Felt very confident. I think naps do WONDERS.
Last week I was practicing letting my attention flow more freely.
This week and onwards I'm practicing, being comfortable, being uncomfortable.
SO I'm basically actively seeking out stirrring the pot a little.
It's the CURE for my emotionless body.
It brings a sort of fear mixed with hunger that I use for feeling something to want to actively take action with beautiful girls.
It's a good start – actively looking for discomfort.
I think it's the missing ingredient for most people and therefore for society.
Instead of looking for happiness, well-being, pleasure, comfort etc.
Look for discomfort, stirring the pot a little and only relax when you put your body in bed.
I'm going to cultivate this for some time because it makes me feel alive and want to do something about my nice and comfortable current situation.
