Hmm...I feel very low. But not sad, more angerlike. I don't like it, I am not this negative usually but this week I haven't handled stress well and I get very irritated easily. I can't sleep that well either...Are there any subliminals that I can combine with AYPH that will make me feel more happy?
I haven't been able to listen to the subliminal for about 4 nights, can a break really affect me this much?

I know what u r going thru and everyone here has gone thru those feelings. But it's part of a process. Usually when we are going thru some really important transformation and change in beliefs then we feel like shit or boring/frustrated. The mind does not like it but one has to change for better..

Imagine someone with broken leg and he has to be in hospital or on bed for 2 months.. Cause that person needs to heal in order to walk and healing is very boring. But one has to but after u r healed u can run like Hell..

Just pushing and keep listening to sub. After sometime these feelings will pass.. Even you know that that it's not gonna be like this forever.

Okey, I hope you are right. It's exhausting to feel frustrated all the time. Hope this moody period will release a lot of resistance so I manifest awesome beautiful things instead.
It really feels boring, like everything is still and I'm not seeing me making progress. And this anger is a bit odd, I have a temper yes, but usually don't feel anger ALL the time. Like now...Hope you are right Zane- that it will pass soon..

It does sound like it's hitting upon something, that tends to happen if something is being worked on or if you hit up upon something (e.g what we call resistance). I have anger on and off with DMSI for example, and it's mainly when old things are coming up such as anger towards girls in the past.

It's not really recommended since it is a manifestation program, you 'can' use it with a 4g type B but that will take away focus. With manifestation it's best to just focus on that as it takes a fair bit of brain power.

Fear of losing him in this case is what is being worked on I'd think. You can't lose a person. They're not yours. No one belongs to anyone. That's why relationships can be amazing. When your husband pops up you and him wont belong to each other. You are not property. You're sharing parts of your lives with each other which is much more powerful because of how fragile it is.

Who knows if this is the guy. How would you feel if it isn't, but you settle for him anyways? If you were on the brink of having perfect and you settled for good.

Pay attention to the rough times. They'll help you understand how to appreciate the great ones.

And stop pining over dudes. Go dancing and get hit on a bit and have fun. What's the point of trusting your subconscious to help you if you're not going to let it do its thing?

Of course I know he doesn't belong to me but I guess you know what I mean by'losing him'. I am not crying after this person, not contacting him or anything- I am just trying to explain how I feel, and I recognise that the feeling is different from before.

But yes you are right that I need to let it go, if it's meant to be then he will be back.
