Ascending to Alpha

Stage 6, Day 8:

- Was going to wait to post but things are happening at a rapid rate today and I want to capture and remember it all. This morning I fell asleep and had a dream about me and a guy I went to school with sharing a room. He stole an item of clothing that belonged to me. Instead of staying quiet I quickly and aggressively confronted him about it. We never fought physically in the dream and he actually became super timid upon me confronting him.

- I ran across a Maca root supplement which apparently is supposed to help men with energy, testosterone, reproduction, libido, and some other benefits. Let’s see how well this stuff works.

- A woman in the checkout line at Walmart stared me down for a few seconds, I gazed right back without any discomfort. This wasn’t a look of admiration she gave either, it was hostile. After glaring at her with a blank face for a few seconds, it’s like she realized that I wasn’t affected by her and she shook her head as if someone snapped her out of a daze and she quickly looked away.

Update:

- Maca root supplement doing everything it said it would. my energy is high without jitters or increased heart rate, mental focus is on point. I'm feeling confident, masculine and grounded...even more so than usual.

- Multiple people commented on how quiet I'm becoming at work, even some stating that they had no idea that I was even here this week. I'm still extroverted when I do socialize but I'm socializing more intently at this point, and being more selective with my time, company and even the topics of discussion.

- More updates may follow today.

Update 2:

Came from a walk outside and had a coworker tell me that the other day, a group of coworkers feel intimidated by my presence, in a way that they wouldn't talk to me negatively. I took that as a sign that the auras of commanding respect and dominance are in full effect. He also mentioned that a male coworker from another department overheard them and actually stuck up for me when one of them said that I might be crazy. I'll let them think what they want, another's opinion is not my reality.

Stage 6,Day 9:

Found an AMC original show called Into The Badlands. It’s already on its third season but I just found out about it. The main character reminds me of the kind of ass-kicking alpha male badass I haven’t seen in a show or movie in a long time. Think I’ll enjoy this one. Other than that Inwoke up this morning and got the urge to clean. I barely got any sleep but still feel motivated to be productive today.

Found an AMC original show called Into The Badlands. It’s already on its third season but I just found out about it. I just looked & the first two seasons of Into The Badlands are on Netflix. There's another show on there calles Frontier that I want to check out with Jason Momoa

Stage 6, Day 12:

- I believe between a certain type of pendant I recently acquired and the Maca root supplement, I now find that the near-anxiety attack I used to experience at work, along with brain drain is non-existent while I listen to the sub at work. With this, it seems I'll be able to return to listening 12 hours a day every day instead of having to gauge how I feel for the day. I'm glad to find this out right before stage 7 because it means I just may be equipped with the tools necessary to handle 12 hours of stage 7 every single day for the 64 days.

- Everything else I've reported so far has maintained itself in terms of results. One thing I notice though is that I'm almost back to being "anti-social" or rather, my selectivity with those I spend time with is rapidly changing.

- I pretty much was laughing and joking with everyone I came across for a while up until this point. I can count on one hand how many times I laugh and/or smile daily.

- I've selected to go with a more rigorous exercise routine to challenge myself physically, the old one has gotten boring.

Stage 6, Day 14:

- Been studying more on Maca root, its variations, and their effects. I'll be sticking with Maca root supplements for a good while. Only been taking it a few days and the effects are undeniable. Anyone looking to help with a physical aid to complement AM6 programming would enjoy the synergistic effects in my opinion.

- Respect from Men is really starting to blossom.

- I'm finding myself slightly less judgmental, but I'm still highly observant of people, their words, actions, and behaviors too. It's as if I'm constantly qualifying people while I'm in public to evaluate if they're someone I want to spend time interacting with.

- Assertiveness feels 110% natural to me now, I can't even figure out how I made it to this point without being more assertive in the past.

- Feeling the smoothest I have in years. I find myself listening to R&B a lot again and starting to think about women more.

Simply decided I could wait no longer. After wrapping up E2 I feel as if I’ve been stagnating in my self progression. I’m ready to take the next step and begin AM6. I have pretty much a different book for each stage that I’ll be reading and implementing in order to help myself get more from the program, this includes the two that Shannon recommended. I’ll include titles and authors of those books. My AM6 journey begins 11/11/2017.

How long did you run E2?

Simply decided I could wait no longer. After wrapping up E2 I feel as if I’ve been stagnating in my self progression. I’m ready to take the next step and begin AM6. I have pretty much a different book for each stage that I’ll be reading and implementing in order to help myself get more from the program, this includes the two that Shannon recommended. I’ll include titles and authors of those books. My AM6 journey begins 11/11/2017.

To be honest I can't remember off the top of my head. more than likely somewhere between 96-128 days worth last year. I took a break to run APE because E2 was bringing too much negativity out of me and I felt like I was beginning to reverse execute at one point. I was good to go though after adding APE to my foundation.

Attract Positive Energy. It's a 4g sub that made all the difference in my E2 journey.

DavisMind91, are you feeling any effect from APE already ?

Yes, to this day I still feel effects from APE even though I only did a 32 day run. I'm certain that one day I'll be returning to do a full blown 6 months. That was that sub that women even began to show me heightened interest, even though that's not what it's designed for

@DavisMind91 I meant to tell you a major reason I decided to run EPHRA 2.0 for at least 90 days but probably 180 before do multiple run of AM6 is because I came across your EPHRA 2 journal. Thank you for the inspiration
