I'm Still on DMSI 31.A for healing for those that are interested.

I've hit some real lows in the later half of this year, mainly based and my self esteem and worth. Its been tough. But I keep pushing on with subs.

Keeping Going DMSI-A has best healing modules. The lows will turn into highs. Its only a matter of time.

Just had 2 weeks off 3.1A, and now been able to download DMSI 3.2A. Was going to switch to ASC but going to stick with DMSI

Its been 15 months since I've been with a women, thats a long time for me.

Just need to read up on how to use this sub then its game on

I stopped DMSI around April/May. Not sure how to conclude on my run, but I think I am a heavy resister.

Since I stopped subs I have coasted along with my job, I still have some resentment towards my family, like I was struggling with in my E2 run, i talk to them less and less and generally get on with my own life - I'm not sure this is a good thing and i think its what i was trying to avoid.

Part of me feels like my brain needs time away from subs to fully process them, this is most likely not true but how can you tell? It was over 2 years on subs and I barely got with a girl, 3 months after stopping my DMSI run and I have a girlfriend. Before i started E2 in 2015 I had split up with a girlfriend of 2 years and that was straight out of a 7 year relationship before.

Although I feel i have become way more empathetic and caring since I last had a GF, I'm hoping for a way more open and connected relationship, where I can tell her a lot more about my self, fears, desires and sexual fantasies - I think this is largely down to my age, maturity and really caring less about how I express myself and people think.

I do wonder if i will run subs again, maybe I will finally try ASC. Not sure running DMSI for healing is a good idea when i have a girlfriend - I'm not interested in meeting or attracting any other women.
