Me, I seem to have leveled off at around 190-191. Gotten lots of complements, too. So it must be a better weight than I was at, at least aesthetically, though I am sure it's better also in terms of health. Strength has not suffered, except in areas that couldn't be helped due to gym closures during covid quarantine nonsense.

Get in the habit of playing it during meals. If she's still not making progress after a week or two of that, let me know and we'll figure out the next step.
I have noted that a lot of times, what my algorithm for calculating the ideal weight produces is something that people - Americans in particular - don't expect, and Americans tend to resist or avoid it. But when they achieve it, they inevitably love the results - as long as they're not atheletes trying to use a program designed for weight loss that is designed for people who are not atheletes and the like.
Kinda funny how it works out that way. I was really blown away how Americans are by and large brainwashed by society and advertising to believe they should be bigger than they should be, and how they will resist losing weight because they think it will [insert imagined problem here]. Some of the funniest examples were also the most tragic... like a woman I knew who laughed when I told her what my algorithm said her ideal weight was, and then told me her ideal weight was 50 pounds above what my calculations said. She insisted that any lower than her current weight and "she was showing ribs, and that's unhealthy". This woman wouldn't and couldn't have been showing ribs at even the ideal weight I figured for her, if her life depended on it! But she would not hear that. More of that sort of thing happens in the United States than I'd like to admit.
Shannon, she has continued to go/stay backward. I've only been playing the AppSupp at meals consistently for a few days. She really DOES want to lose the weight. I think she looks perfect at 130, but she's anxious to go even lower (but skeptical that she can). We only eat once a day (dinner) and she does seem like she is preoccupied with getting 'enough protein' and measures her portions accordingly. I have wondered if this could be working against, her adjusting her calories down. I used to be obsessed with protein as well, but have let that go over the last few months.
I have almost decided to just get into the habit of having it play 24/7 (out of frustration), but so far have not yet done this. I did accidentally leave it in eternal loop mode one time a couple weeks ago (around the time she was losing weight still), but other than that, I've been complying with the 6x/night 4 nights on 1 night off. Some nights we aren't in bed long enough so she misses the last loop, though.
I'll get back to you after another week or so of trying the current pattern. Thanks for the advice and encouragement.
