I'm giving AoL a 1 month trial after doing the same with X4A-1000. Following the recommended schedule: 1 loop daily. 
Me and this girl broke up a couple of weeks ago(we've been in a relationship for more than a year, with a couple of breaks in-between), we are now back in communication and started seeing each other again. It will be interesting to see what kind of influence will AoL have.
I'm also 20 days in on Nofap, so quite determined not to waste my sexual energy on porn.

It was either AoL or OGSF the choice for me. I might still move on to OGSF after this month. We'll see how it goes.

Played 1 loop yesterday.
So I met with her last night, we decided the night before that we are back together, giving another shot at making the relationship work. I hurt her a lot in the past, and she knows it.
She gradually became more open to me, hugging me close at the end, not letting me go. When I got back home, she texted me that she already misses me.

We spent time together last night. We are bonding again, getting closer, things are progressing.
Obviously, can't yet determine how much is the sub doing, or is it my changed behavior the reason.

That's sweet, hope you're doin great with her. My two cent is try not to discounting the subs, if something happen, and it's related to the subs goal, just said to yourself "Aha, it must be the subs, I credited it to the subs."

If any 'reality bending' the subs tryna do or there are a chain of experience while using the subs being denied by your conscious mind, then it possibly become a conscious stonewall.

It's true Shannon said a proper build subs doesn't need faith for it to work, just like gravity. But I thought it's better if we just calibrate ourself with what the subs try to bring in our reality.

Things have been getting better and better. We've had sex this weekend for the first time after getting back together, and it was great. She also became very affectionate towards me, just like in the past.
Last 2 nights, she was also exposed to the sub.

Couple of subtle things to report:

1. Today at the gym, I was looking for the 5kg( 10 lbs) plates, as I was doing Decline Bench Press, and a guy near me notices me and says "Oh, you're looking for these? You can take them. I'll switch to these other plates". Seemed like a thoughtful and considerate act, I'm guessing it's the Aol influence
2. My GF's mother hugged me for the first time this weekend. I just realized this could have also been a result of AOL
3. My GF wrote me "I love you a lot" tonight, first time after getting back together.

Things are moving fast between us. It's like we never had a breakup in the first place. Our sex life is getting better too, we've had some issues on this front in the past.
She also continues to be very affectionate towards me.

One month of AoL today. Relationship-wise, it has been very good. Some lows and insecurities here and there, but overall, we are doing wonderfully.
I'm yet to decide if I should continue for another month. @Shannon Are there benefits to running AOL for more than one month?

Just a note that I've stopped using AOL. Was a good month overall, happy with it.
