Based on previous AutoConfig from E4 I run hybrid FLAC as often as my subconscious tells me, which is most of the time I'm at home. Days off were eliminated because it really doesn't work for me (see my E4 journal if you're interested). My subconscious has said to keep going with that so I am. Any urging to the contrary will be promptly ignored. Volume also goes on feel. My audio setup is a Gustard A22 running at 32bit/192Hz -> Akitika PR-102 preamp -> Akitika GT-102 power amp -> Interaudio 4000 speakers. Even on the lowest settings I'm exposed to far larger and intense sound waves than just about anyone else here based on frequently reading people use their phones and similar low quality options.
Once in a while I'll get a message from my subconscious to stop for a couple hours or adjust the volume up/down. Despite Shannon getting fancy with the ASRBs the answer for me has always been that more is more.
I got messages from my subconscious today that running MLS would probably help in learning how to code faster when going through some of the gamedev.tv stuff. Assuming MLS works that appears to be a statement of the obvious. The idea won't be seriously entertained until I'm done with OF.
I'm starting to feel my subconscious getting sick of these foundational programs. Between OF1.1, E2, E4, OFv3 and some other things I tried it's been at least 4.5 years since I ran a program for the purpose of gaining something positive rather than subtracting something negative. It's been so long that I can't even remember when it was and have to logically work backward to figure out that when I finished AM for the last time. Even if it would be more logical to go to E5 after this that would may be a tough sell to my subconscious based on how things are today. Oh well, I've always wanted a 10" cock anyway.
I guess I abandoned the E4 journal come to think of it. E4 got a lot of things, but I eventually got to a point where it wasn't making more progress. My subconscious was telling me that it could not let [personal problems redacted] go because it was afraid that without that pain to remind me of certain things I would open myself up to those people or others I haven't met yet hurting me even worse in the future. I started OF once that was firmly established and I was not getting anywhere by running more E4.
