Never thought of it that way. @jonathan4all Not understanding the second sentence. Before I get ahead of myself why should he add OP and UM?

I'm not so sure. I should explain myself better. I am behind in getting things done true. The stuff I say I'm behind in is really just to keep busy for the sake of keeping busy, or is really important. Some it is important most of it isn't. I'm not sure if I want OP and UM toward learning stuff that isn't really important. It probably would have caused more stress that what is needed.
But I'm not sure what would have happened if he would have added the whole script in or not. I don't want to get caught up in that.

Tonight I'm taking a break and won't be listening to anything. I don't think it's that urgent to have it figured out right away. Now that I think about that's another problem that I have. I think I mentioned that already though. See nothing new to report. I gotta figure out if I need to help someone pay off something, so money is going to be an issue if I have to help. Should know sometime this week.

The break was needed. Felt a little more rested. I'm noticing a slight change in thought patterns. I don't want to waste my time with useless thoughts or distractions in life. Funny because I came home and did just that. It is a little different though. I'm spending a little bonding time with family in process. It sucks that the time is spent in front of a computer or tv, but it's a start. Feeling a tad bit closer to everybody.
I went from feeling scared to feeling a little uncomfortable around people. Don't know when that happened. I thought AF had worn off completely because I am depressed. I'm glad to say that is not the case. It feels like it's working better than before. :S Can't explain that one. Maybe because I'm listening to anything at the moment. Anywho will get back to listening MLS tonight. Sorry about that folks I thought I knew all about resistance since I went through AF for a year. Apparently I have a lot to learn. Also I won't be listening for long hours. I'll stick with 8-10 maybe 2 more during the day. |
