I would like to chime in here.
With regard to feeling alpha, I really don't know what you expect to feel.
Personally, I focus on physical changes I have noticed in my behavior and how that affects others. I don't feel alpha at all because I don't know what that feels like. Rather what I do feel is more honest, more accepting, more giving, more expressive, and more free. Because of these feelings, I stand taller, walk with a swagger of self-assurance, talk directly and clearly with strong eye contact, and interact with others more honestly with respect to my intentions.
If, however, you expect to feel a pounding surge of strength, a constant testosterone-high, and a constant no-fuck attitude, I'm sorry, but I think you are approaching the program from a beta mentality. Betas feel that alphas are assholes that get the girl, but the true alpha is one who knows who he is and where he is going and strong enough to take people along with him in a compassionate, caring manner without ulterior motives.
Ultimately, you have to accept that we have had negative scripts running through our minds for the last twenty+ years. To expect that one cycle on this program is sufficient to overcome years of prior conditioning is quite frankly foolish. I suggest that you re-run AM6 one more if not two more times. Don't get worked up over not feeling alpha rather focus holistically on becoming more you. When running the program and focusing on becoming more you, eliminating the excuses you've used in the past, then you will be on the path of becoming a true alpha.
