Alpha Femail/Time to start

Hi shannon I just wanted to ask if the time is right for me to start the Alpha femail? I have been on ultra success and BASE for more than two month now and I need to start a journal about my experience in the next few weeks.
I need to know when to move on to AF ?

I suggest using BASE for 6 to 8 months to get full benefits from it, especially if you are using it with something else. It has US programming in it already, and unless you're using the 3rd Gen US, you shouldn't be using US with it anyway, as they're both Type D.

But I would stick with BASE for at least a total of 6 months.
