AM7 - Frosted

I don't think AM7 is going to leave anyone who uses it in that kind of "weak masculinity" mindset. Stage 0 alone will likely drive that out. And for those of us who are already inclined against that mindset, AM7 is going to refine us in ways we probably can't even imagine.

Yeah if someone goes through AM7 they will get rid of any of that remaining programming, as it even affects us when we are aware of it as there's alot of it in society. So being sick of it being thrown at men everywhere else, it's not something I have to want to deal with here.

Like trying to explain water to a fish. It's "the water we swim in".

Day 18 of meditation challenge:

20 minutes of focus. Decent session. Caught the mind wandering a decent amount. Did the session on a full stomach. The sleepiness made it a bit challenging.

Haha no. I didn’t know it was a thing though, I saw it in the AM description too and was confused. I’ve talked to a few and they’ve been great actually. I guess it depends on the community

I just thought you were complimenting the image politely. It then dawned on me that it might not be obvious that it was a joke, especially since I'm actually running a program called "Alpha Male 7".  Roflmao

I guess it's true that senses of humor seem to be dying in recent times, you can post the funniest shit then there's the one offended guy (this happened to me yesterday somewhere else). I took it as being symbolic and liked the symbolism of the message.

Like inside of us there is this whole other being (The strong masculine version of ourselves) ready to come out and AM7 will help unleash it.

@Benjamin I thought that the memes were so self evidently over the top that people would understand they were jokes. I also think part of the humor is that it’s hard to tell if it’s a joke in the first place lol. The wolf on the throne is the delusion and the Spider-Man meme is the reality lol.

@NOMAD I legitimately was in pain I was laughing so hard at some of these. When I read the wolf on the throne one I literally spat water all over my keyboard and monitor

Went to the grocery store and had a few guys at different points just randomly turn their head to look at me. Could be placebo.

I felt more comfortable than even on PRA. With PRA if there’s discomfort I’m sort of just left to deal with it but with stage 0 it’s like I can also operate in the world instead of just having to withdraw from it to focus on neutralizing and being “non resistant”.

Also my sleep is fine. Turns out stage 0 might actually be helping me to get to sleep faster.

Part of the reason I noted the guys looking at me I mentioned above ^ was that I wasn’t in their field of view and then they’d just suddenly snap their head around to look right at me, sort of like people reported with women on DMSI.

Edit: I also notice headaches and nausea. But it feels productive, like AM7 is reaching deep places.

Meditation Challenge Day 19:

20 minutes focus meditation. Decent session. Felt a bit more grounded right after even though my mind wasn’t as focused as I’d like. Just goes to show that progress can happen even when we don’t feel that good about our performance.

Just had an encounter with a family member who borrowed my transportation while I was at work under the explicit agreement that they were just grabbing some smokes and would be right back. I made sure this was the case before I agreed because they've shown a pattern of showing up late while I'm at work and wasting my time. They made it back before I got off work this time, but took an hour and a half. I questioned why they took so long when they agreed they were just going for smokes. They tried to deflect and overall just devolve things into an unproductive argument so I just ended the conversation.

I want to still lend them the car from now on , but I'm going to be more discriminatory from now on. If I don't feel like it I'm not going to. I wish that I could be more direct and resolve things right there despite their deflections and attempts to drag me into the mud emotionally, but I'm not at that point yet. I'm merely at the point where I can be direct and if they're not good faith, I'll simply enforce my boundaries passively by not letting them use it next time if I don't feel like it. It's functional in a lot of situations but I'm not satisfied. I want to be able to hold my own under pressure instead of being forced to end the conversation because I know I'll start getting pulled into a negative headspace.


Also stage 0 seems to be healing me really good. I feel like a body without a head sometimes, in a good way. It's like I'm tapping into that pure bodily experience. Like the lunar node "Ketu". It's like I'm falling out of the constriction of my mind and into the physical reality of my body. There's a releasing quality to it.

20 minutes focus. Okay session. Some mind wandering, but also noticing that mind wandering.


Stage 0 treating me good. No turbulence so far.

20 minutes focus. Forgot to do it until right before bed. Not a great session, but consistency is important even when you don’t feel like doing it.

Meditation day 22:

I had been doing a lot of analyzing and thinking before meditating so the momentum carried over onto the “cushion” and kept stealing my focus. I did return back to focus multiple times as I caught my mind wandering. It’s all just part of the process.



Recently started drinking a health superfood supplement again that always makes me feel great. That mixed with AM7 Stage 0 has me feeling great!
