13 days in it...feel like some of the "effects" wore down...I think I had a lot of placebo in the beginning but I still feel subtle changes, I am a bit more assertive still, I like that. Still feel very frustrated in general, don't really feel like talking to girls at all right now...not that I ever did but still lol. I guess I'm still just preliminary, I will continue listening to it over night with the rain masked. I been doing 8-10 hours a day so far.
Oh yea, I have had more lucid dreams listening to this over night or maybe its coincidence but I doubt it, I'm thinking the messages are bringing these meanings to my dreams and I remember them easier.
