AM newest version - djkenetics - 11-05-2012 I started with this a few days ago and feel different already but then again im highly susceptible to these type of things. Every time I listen to a hypnosis file for one night "I feel better" lol but it subsides like the next day. Im trying this out because i have low self esteem, depression, anxiety, social anxiety yada yada yada. I'm basically suicidal right now, hoping this helps. I already feel like fighting people and standing up, usually I don't do that. I feel assertive more too. Tomorrow is day 4, I will update as I go. RE: AM newest version - Sean - 11-06-2012 Stay strong, and welcome aboard. RE: AM newest version - Elusive - 11-06-2012 Welcome aboard. AM can be rough at some times, with its up and downs, but I believe you will love the results, DJkenetics. The feeling of growth, that I felt, was amazing. RE: AM newest version - Shannon - 11-06-2012 This isn't hypnosis. One of the reasons I don't produce hypnosis is because the tendency is for it to produce really powerful results in the short term only, unless you are dealing with a live hypnotherapist and taking multiple sessions. Subliminals work much more long term for most purposes and people. You'll get the results using this program, and I recommend 90 days straight for maximum impact and long term effect. But really it sounds like you would do better to be on something more comprehensive, like AM. RE: AM newest version - djkenetics - 11-06-2012 Day 5, thought my approach anxiety while working in the field would be less, but its still there. I do feel a bit more assertive though, anxiety is still there, guess im having some improvements already, thats good. RE: AM newest version - Yuri - 11-07-2012 djkenetic what's apparent to me is that you are expecting too much within day to day basis and that is normal since your still on day 5, try to slowly let go of any expectations while you go through it so you don't mistake placebo effects with real change. RE: AM newest version - djkenetics - 11-09-2012 As of so far on day 8 or 9, i have seen much more assertiveness..that is the main notice. That and frustration with people. I like the assertiveness because I am a security job and it really helps at my job, so far I am impressed unless this is temporary due to placebo. I have seen similiar results with hypnosis files but those diminish after a day or two, this has been consistent for a few days I think. I am impressed, hope this stays good. Thanks Shannon! RE: AM newest version - Benjamin - 11-09-2012 Sounds like your doing good. The frustration with people is a natural part of the process and it is working on stopping people taking advantage of you. The frustration and anger is what tends to start you being assertive if you have had problems with it in the past and later in the program it will balance out. What kind of security job do you do? I was bouncing in a club for 5 years (stopped a year ago) and the 2011 version helped me improve alot in that job too. -Ben RE: AM newest version - djkenetics - 11-09-2012 I work security at an outlet mall. I basically observe and report. I'm not allowed to physically do anything but I broke up a fight the other day and risked my own ass lol RE: AM newest version - Benjamin - 11-09-2012 It's a problem that seems to be happening in that industry, they hire people to do a job that is inherently physical and then tell them not to get physically involved because somebody might sue, charge you etc. If that ends up going to nightclubs then things will go to shit. As the thing that stops violent people is the threat of them getting hurt back honestly. The problem is that MANY people who are the biggest idiots who cause trouble are the first to sook to the police when they get put down. (I had that several times and none of them went anywhere) I worked at a shopping centre for a few months and we had to phsyically eject a drunk every now and then. But if your working by yourself, I wouldn't reccommend jumping in the middle of fights. Even having 1 other person backing you up makes all the difference. It was a unwritten rule in nightclubs to always take backup, yes occasionally I threw people out by myself, sometimes you have to. But as much as possible take backup, to protect your own ass. I'm missing the job alot. I got put in hospital and quit and let my license expire. Now I really want to go back. -Ben RE: AM newest version - Sean - 11-10-2012 Check to see if there is a CDT course offered in your area. It will definitely help you deal with situations like that. RE: AM newest version - Benjamin - 11-10-2012 I wasn't aware of what cdt was, unfortunately I found no video but had a read of the site. And just what i've read so far I don't get a good feeling about it. "CDT is a soft-handed control/restraint system comprised of the most effective non-vital, non-aggressive techniques that can effectively control, escort or disarm an aggressor." No.. stuff like they are talking about can work if somebody is pretty compliant. But somebody really wanting to hurt you, using 'non vital, non aggressive techniques' is going to get you hurt. Especially by yourself. There is a reason security usually works in teams, people complain "oh there was 6 of you onto that guy" but they don't realize the more of you there is the less force you need and you can more likely do the restraint and control stuff. Yes i've restrained some people by myself, but when it really comes to it you need to do something aggressive and decisive to put them down, not a gentle armlock kind of thing. Anyway, I think this proves i'm missing my training as the guy I was teaching stopped, i've put flyers up but haven't found anyone else yet. Anyway sounds like you may have experience in this area Sean? What have you done? -Ben RE: AM newest version - djkenetics - 11-10-2012 I'm about to start a new anti-depressent (my current one, i have been on for over 6 years, hasn't helped my severe depression or anxiety), anyways, with the effects of AM, anger and what not, I might get side effects from the SSRI (anti-depressent) too, I won't know which is giving what effects positive or negative,,,I am suicidal these days, dont get enjoyment out of much of anything...I'm wondering if I should give the AM 5 a month or two to work on my depression but its very bad... RE: AM newest version - Shannon - 11-10-2012 AM is not designed to help depression. Don't rely on it for that. |
