Yuri, my point is this.
We have no definitive proof yet that it has any effect on depression because I can't yet do clinical studies. So while you may believe it has helped you, and I may believe it has helped you, and it may appear to have helped others as well, the best we can say is that we believe it has affected and/or helped people affect their depression. We don't have definitive proof.
It may indeed help depression, but perhaps it only helps some kinds of depression. Maybe it helps some kinds more than others. Maybe there's another explanation entirely. I don't think so, but we can't claim that it affects depression universally or universally affects all types of depression, and we can't even definitively prove that the program is responsible for the effects we have observed.
Again... it sure looks like the program is helping to me. It makes sense logically, based on what I know about psychology and what's in the program. But we only have reason to believe it's a possibility right now... not proof.
I'll get proof as soon as possible, but until then, let's keep it clear what we really know, and what we strongly suspect is true.
