into assertiveness is a quite a solid cure for non-endogenous depression
I can't make claims of a cure, and the program isn't designed to even deal with depression. When it does help, it's a good thing. But it's going to depend on a lot of factors that are out of my control within the person. So don't rely on it for help with depression. If it happens to be helpful, great!
Dont listen to this guy he is a modest,
It DOES help. and i promise you that.
To be clear, Shannon is not a licensed physician or doctor of any kind. Making claims that his products can treat depression would be illegal, since he's not legally qualified to make those claims. This is especially true because the current societal perception of depression appears to be a chemical imbalance of the brain requiring pharmaceutical intervention.
It would be more accurate to say that AM allows the user of the subliminals to change their paradigm, which may relieve the symptoms of clinical depression.
I am not a doctor, and I believe that since the brain and body are integrally one unit, the thought-body feedback loop can be affected on both side of that loop. Negative thought patterns support poor health, just as poor health supports negative thought patterns. Conversely, positive thought patterns support good health. Antidepressants can relieve depression, but so can the right thought patterns, in my opinion.
These thought patterns exist consciously and subconsciously. By using Alpha Male, one changes those thought patterns, and the new patterns will change one's neurochemical condition.
In myself, I'm noticing a big change in my outlook and personal level of happiness since embarking on the AM journey, and I believe most other men will, too.
Fear is a liar.
