As of so far on day 8 or 9, i have seen much more assertiveness..that is the main notice. That and frustration with people. I like the assertiveness because I am a security job and it really helps at my job, so far I am impressed unless this is temporary due to placebo. I have seen similiar results with hypnosis files but those diminish after a day or two, this has been consistent for a few days I think. I am impressed, hope this stays good.
