This isn't hypnosis. One of the reasons I don't produce hypnosis is because the tendency is for it to produce really powerful results in the short term only, unless you are dealing with a live hypnotherapist and taking multiple sessions. Subliminals work much more long term for most purposes and people.
You'll get the results using this program, and I recommend 90 days straight for maximum impact and long term effect. But really it sounds like you would do better to be on something more comprehensive, like AM.
