That sounds more like a 3rd Gen program to me.  I remember 4G typically would start kicking in in around 14 days.  And that was considered lightning fast back then.  But the point is the same.  When I first discovered subliminals, they were "1st Gen", and the instructions were to use them an hour a day for 30 days.  You *might* start getting results you could notice at the 30 day mark if you followed those instructions.

Now we have impact and power levels so high that it kicks in crazy fast.  Did you guys notice the results in under an hour from first run?

I've only been running Optimal Self Confidence 6G (no shield).

I had to look at my first post, I felt lightheaded almost immediately after pressing play.
(6G is the only generation I became lightheaded on the first run, it hasn't happened since)

Two hours later for about 10 seconds, I had a strong feeling of hopelessness.

The feeling went away as quickly as it had appeared out of nowhere.

Seeing how people or pets react toward me, friendly, happy, smiling, and/or chatty, makes me aware that my self-confidence is being felt.

Honestly, the changes are so smooth in Generation 6, that I don't feel any different.
I think this is a good thing, no headaches, no wanting to quit listening to the subliminal.

You guys keep talking about things getting through DRS v2.  They're not.  What you're attributing to that is actually something else happening.  In the case of you feeling sick to your stomach, it is actually that you're most likely feeling the effects of OSC working through something afraid to execute, which is expressing it's fear as nausea.  I have had this happen to me before.

The design of DRS v2 is such that if the energy is negative, the only way it can get through your shield is if your shield collapses from not having sufficient energy.  And if that happens you'll know.  You'll be exhausted, and you'll feel the collapse as a sudden drastic change in the energy around you.

Your shield can't collapse under any sort of sane circumstances, and you'll never even get tired from it doing it's thing unless you're dealing with truly ridiculous amounts of attack.  Like many simultaneous attackers, or one very advanced and skilled attacker.  I have seen people successfully reflect the effects of a group of 12 people directing negative energy at them all at once, successfully, without drawing on personal energy or feeling like it was very difficult to maintain the shield.

DRS v2 is designed to be impenetrable to incoming negative energy, and to adjust itself to whatever it needs for activity and energy consumption to stay up.  It also isn't sourcing your personal energy, unless the shield needs more than the primary source can provide.  The primary source is chosen by your subconscious, and I have never seen anyone have to draw from personal reserves with the primary source as it is currently described.

Also, it reflects in real time, so anything that comes in will be given back in real time.  Those who try to give to you will tend to stop fast, as it's very much like receiving your own punch back in real time.

Day 36 - Ultrasonic Format (no shield)

Just a reminder: I'm listening to OSC 6G

Picture in your mind a rectangle that is 10 feet wide (3.5 meters) 
I'm describing the hall of the entrance/exit of my grocery store.

I'm in a hurry to meet my Uncle for his 30-minute lunch, so I have to be there on time.
I grabbed some sushi at the grocery store, paid for it, and as I was leaving...

I'm now walking towards the exit, alongside the far right wall.
Left of me is empty space, this 20 y/o woman enters the store.
We only looked at each other for 3 seconds.  
We could not see each other through the door.

She is walking straight towards me with a big smile, we don't know each other.  I'm alongside the wall and she has plenty of space to walk around me.  Now we are face to face and stop walking.

Me: Excuse me. (get out of my way, I'm in a hurry)
Her: (totally silent, just smiling)
Her smile got wider, she stepped aside and I went through the exit.

Yes, I thought about canceling lunch with my Uncle. 
There are plenty of fish in the sea if it's meant to be, I'll run into her again!!

Day 43 - Ultrasonic Format (no shield)

Depending on the exercise I'm doing, I'll wear a chest strap heart rate monitor (Polar H-10) or an armband heart rate monitor (Polar Verity Sense).

When I'm not exercising, I wear a solar-powered Garmin Instinct v2s.  All three heart rate monitors give me the same reading when I compare them to each other.

My heart rate fluctuates between 60 and 75 beats per minute when I'm not exercising.

While listening to Optimal Self Confidence 6G today I glanced at my watch to view the time.

My heart rate was 55 beats per minute. 
That was surprising because I was walking at a brisk pace while listening.

It may or may not mean anything though I found it interesting.

Thur 3.6.2025 - Day 28 - Ultrasonic Format

I've had pet dogs, and pet cats during my lifetime.
I'm sure you know someone that has a dog or a cat.

When I met my friend at his home on his birthday, I expected to be greeted by a dog.
Instead, I was greeted by cats. When I say, "Greeted", I mean these 2 cats were by far the friendliest cats I've ever encountered!!  I have always observed that cats are independent and mind their own business.  You usually see cats from a distance but they rarely get close enough to touch them.

Both cats ran to the front door, jumped onto the couch, got up on the armrest, and started sniffing my hands. (Yes, my hands were clean, I wash them constantly).  When I had cats, they were never that friendly to me and I fed them and changed their litter boxes!!

Him: The dog died, I wasn't going to get any more pets.
Me: I'm sorry for your loss, I'm surprised you got cats.
Him: My grandchildren asked me to take them to the animal shelter and we saw two balls of fur (kittens) and my grandchildren begged me to bring them home.

So, take it for what it is. 
Since I started Optimal Self-Confidence 6G, women I don't know have smiled and waved at me, giving me the right of way. This was my first time being exposed to my friend's cats, and even he was surprised at how friendly they were towards me.

Him: They seem to like you!
Me: Sure looks that way.
Him: I've never seen them act this way. They really like you!

I've had an experience similar to this. When I began running PM, one of my cats fell in love with me. The other cat feared me to the point that she hissed, clawed, bit, etc when I would try to pick her up. The rest of the time she was running from me. When I took a break from PM, the fearful cat began warming up to me. Now that I'm running OSC 6G, that fearful cat actually approaches when I hold my hand out and rubs her body against me while purring.

What is the gender of the cat that fell in love with you while running PM?

Both cats are female. The cat that fell in love still is still in love. She hasn't changed.

I hadn't considered the possibility of androstenone inducing fear.

The two cats have significantly different personalities. The cat that fell in love is the confident huntress that often stalks me. The fearful cat is a very gentle soul prefers to hide.

Today - Day 44 - Ultrasonic Format (no shield)

I wear a Neck Cell Phone Holder when walking and listening to OSC 6G. There are many models to choose from. The first time I saw it was when a YouTuber made a behind-the-scenes video.

@Shannon I repeated the walk to the mailbox and got the same results as yesterday.
Start: 75 beats per minute before pressing play
Brisk walk to the mailbox and viewed my watch
During: 55 beats per minute - 5 minutes of playtime by the time I got to the mailbox

Normally, a brisk walk will increase my beats per minute -  95 to 110
Optimal Self Confidence 6G seems to have a physiological effect on my body.

Earlier today - trash day.  I went outside to get my trash bin and saw my female neighbor across the street.

Her: Good morning!
Me: Good morning. I thought you would sleep in until noon.
Her: No rest for the wicked! Wait, how do you say that?
Me: (keeping my laughter inside) No rest for the weary.
Her: (laughing hard, I laugh with her, not at her)
Me: I like your version better.
Her: No rest for the wicked. Yeah, it does sound better.
Me: It sounds naughty. See you later…
Her: (keeps laughing as I walk inside and close my gate)
