Pretty cool.
6G is AMAZING!! I hope you start a journal and update your progress!!
Ok, ok, it's been too long! I definitely need to journal! Here goes!
Having run 4G-6G, I've been through the gamut. Differences in effectiveness, resistance, lasting change - all of it.
"Transparency" (as Shannon refers to it) has hit its peak, IMO. Do you all remember the "Naturalizer"? That's what transparency is. Running this sub "experience" is totally natural. I didn't feel a thing and still haven't. I've been running it (exactly as instructed on the product page) since release. If I "felt" anything, it has been after the 20 minutes finished. I feel really sleepy. I'm not sure if that's because I typically run it while lying in bed watching TV at bedtime, or if it's related to processing the instructions.
The results I've experienced (so far) have been directly related to my current nutrition and fitness goals. I just turned 45, and I haven't been in good shape for years. Too much pizza, beer, wings, burgers...junk. Every year since 2020 I've said I was going to eat better, lose fat, and get in shape for summer/treat my body better, and it never happens. I lose my motivation, determination, or will to succeed.
It appears my self-efficacy for being able to change in the ways I need to accomplish the goal was extremely poor. Since running OSC, my motivation and willpower has been sky-high. I'm following a ketogenic diet (which I decided to do first off because of how it is naturally restricting, a thing I typically thrive on), and it's been a breeze to follow. I'm actually having fun with it. I've also been exercising daily, even without a gym membership. I have a small gym in my home, but I've avoided it in the past with the excuse that I prefer working out in a gym where I can enjoy some eye candy, lol. I've also avoided cardio because I typically hate it, especially starting out (when I'm not fit). Sucking wind, well, sucks. But now I see the final goal perfectly achieved in my mind, and it feels great! I've gone hiking (even in -2 degrees Fahrenheit) and setup a recumbant bike & elliptical in front of the basement television. Instead of sitting on my ass watching TV, I do some cardio while watching instead.
I haven't noticed anything in other areas of my life, but that doesn't mean nothing is happening in other areas. I'm trying to pay better attention. I'm already pretty good, socially, so I can't comment about OSC there. I'm an introvert by nature, but not because I fear social situations. I just prefer my solitude a majority of the time.
I'll do my best to check in with my experience(s) from time to time! Hope you all are doing well.
