Sleepy is an issue we have had with every major version increase. 5G from 4G, 6G from 5G. But I'm going to say this is different. When it's simply a sudden huge influx of power, the brain usually acclimates in a few days. This appears to be the program working under the hood.
Also I tried doing 2 days and stopping, and I found myself dealing with a VERY upset inner child, who had me very negative, easily angered and very bitchy and upset in general until I used it again. I was so upset last night that I was up til 2:30 am trying to go to bed, and then something relatively minor (cat shit on the floor in front of, but not in, the cat box) set me off so bad that I ended up screaming at my cat and waking up my girlfriend. That never happens. It upset me so much that an hour later I was still too upset to sleep, so I ran another loop, and by the end of that 20 minutes, I was calm, and feeling tired. Sleep came quickly. So... what have we learned here?
1. 6G don't mess around.
2. OSC is going straight for the jugular, but doing it under the hood.
3. This may, in some cases, create a very upset subconscious/inner child, who is being frog marched to the goal if need be.
4. Don't stop using OSC before the instructed time once you start, because once the process gets started you're going to need to finish working through some serious shit under the hood.
5. The tired is likely a fight between OSC and your non-cooperative/fearful subconscious, which is easily and clearly being won by 6G, but still uses a lot of energy until the reason(s) for non-cooperation is/are worked through.
So I'm gonna say I think that what's happening is that there's a case of "6G don't fuck around" encountering "subconscious don't want to cooperate". The 6G is clearly winning, but the fight is taking a lot of energy, and making us tired. That's my assessment so far.
