Hybrid Trickling Stream - 25 minutes of listening time

Day 3
I felt fantastic all day long! No trace of pain in the right hip joint or right shoulder.
My eyes stay moist and I breathe deeply without stopping to catch my breath.

I can't seem to find how many months of listening is recommended.
