REMARKABLE!!
I was sitting in the chair as I was listening to Optimal Physical Healing 5.10G
I unconsciously lifted my feet off the floor and crossed my legs Indian style to get comfortable.
Sat there comfortably for another 30-mins after the subliminal ended.
To my amazement... the pain was gone by my right front pocket when I got up to stand.
The joint was stiff, but the pain was gone after only 25 min run time!!

Very cool.
I was set on using OGSF soon and that has been my plan for ages.
But when I read the OPH page it's almost moved to OPH.. due to some niggling physical issues. Still haven't fully decided.

I needed to get OPH because the pain was so intense at times...
I've been losing my temper and verbally raising my voice at people.
Of course, they don't care how much physical pain I'm in.

Not sure what is going on under the hood...
I played the subliminal 1 hour before bed.
I woke up 2 hours after I fell asleep to use the bathroom.
Had incredible energy. Replied to Ben's post around 4 am.
Shortness of breath - GONE
I had the urge to cough and expelled a thick glob of phlegm.
It happened twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
I am breathing really well, I've been experiencing shortness of breath.
The Grounding Shield
I took the day off from work to take my Mom to see her Doctor.
While we were out, I observed people that seemed to be in a bad mood.
Frowning, closed off... when I was about 5 feet in their space...
the tension on their face melted, turned neutral,
and started smiling within 5 mins of interacting with me.
My Mom is 78 y/o and blind. I guide her when we walk.
Usually, the nurse will let me guide her to the scale, then to the room.
Today, the nurse insisted to take over and guide my Mom.
When we exited the Doctor's office, other patients leaving rushed past us.
At first, I thought it was because we were walking too slowly and in the way.
Turns out, they walked ahead and held the door open for us.
One man at the office door and a different man at the main door of the building.
Pain is gone - but...
My muscles are sore where I had pain.
The same soreness you experience after lifting weights at the gym.

Hmmm... I hadn't considered that the energy manipulation might energize some people. If that is the case, then morning is probably better time to use.
This may sound disgusting to ask, but what color were the globs of phlegm you coughed up? And, do you attribute your improved breathing to expelling them from your lungs? Do you smoke at all?
Is your mom listening also?
Do you notice your mom being affected in any way by the aura this program generates?

I listened to Day 2, as I was posting.
If I stay awake when I get up to use the bathroom, I will switch to mornings.
It was green - light green.
Non-smoker - never smoked, never tried.
My parents were chain smokers, I had the chore of cleaning up stale cigarettes in ashtrays.
Yes, expelling the phlegm improved my breathing.
Not sure how that is connected, but I'm not complaining!!
My Mom and I are in the same room I play Optimal Physical Healing.
I didn't tell her what we are listening to just so I can see if she feels any differences.
After both runs, she asked for aspirin because she had a headache.
Maybe because she is 78 y/o, she is sleeping like a baby. Opposite of my experience.

She wasn't with me when I observed the facial changes - frowns to smiles.
When I was guiding her, first time the nurse took over and strangers held the door for us.

Day 1 Recap
25 mins run time and immediately hip joint pain was gone.
The hip joint was stiff and the muscle was sore, but the pain was gone immediately after the first run!!
My right shoulder had a dull pain that I had forgotten about because the hip joint pain was so intense.
The right shoulder dull pain was gone by the end of day 1.
Coughed up phlegm twice - morning/afternoon about the size of a golf ball both times.
The color was green - light green. Shortness of breath was gone.
Day 2
Listened before bed - when I got up to use the bathroom - I went back to sleep.
The first night I stayed up for 2 hours because I had so much energy.
Joint stiffness and muscle soreness disappeared by the time I woke up.
I stopped wearing contact lenses 20 yrs ago because my eyes became too dry.
Even with eyeglasses, I continued to use over-the-counter eye drops to keep my eyes hydrated.
The eye doctor says I have mild dryness and to keep using over-the-counter eye drops until it worsens.
Currently, I use Ivizia about 4 to 6 times daily.
TODAY - Day 2 - I didn't need eye drops!! My eyes were staying moist on their own!!
I coughed up phlegm only once... about the size of a dime and the color was clear.

I love watching the change in people. When I am within 5 feet of them.
I don't even speak to them, I just leave them alone.
Whether they are mad, sad, upset, or angry. I can see by the expression on their face.
It all melts away, the face becomes relaxed, and then they become a chatterbox full of happiness!!
They can be in a conversation with the person next to them
or on the phone and I see and hear the change within 5 mins.
As for my 78 y/o Mom, she must have a lot of healing going on.
She's been sleeping quite a bit, in spurts.
Instead of staying awake all day, she naps for an hour here, an hour there.
When I ask how does she feel?
"You know, the same."
I'll ask her again when her sleep schedule normalizes.

No, as long as you are running the sub to use it yourself, anyone else exposed at the same time is considered fair use because you are playing it for you, and you bought it/subscribed to it.
If they start playing it for themselves and you're not exposed at the same time, or the use is not for the owner of that copy... that's where you start running into issues.

I read the instructions for Optimal Physical Healing several times.
I can't seem to find how many months of listening is recommended.
Use the program for at least 3 months if you want the option of a refund. Aside from that, the program itself will guide you as to when it is finished healing you by giving you the pleasant sensation while the healing process is in effect.
