I'm 'listening' to the silent 6 stage, 2009 Alpha Dominant male sub at the moment. Allowing 32 days for each set. I'm getting quite a lot of exposure because, 1. I listen to it repeatedly over night, and 2. again I listen to it repeatedly at work (using my ipod and this tiny little speaker: http://www.amazon.co.uk/XQUISIT-MB-7...8421126&sr=8-2), this means at least 16 hours per day. If I'm at the gym or on the computer at home I try and get even more exposure. This is where I'm at currently:
From the first two sets I noticed the effects went like this:
A sharp increase in effects for the first 4 days, then another sharp increase after two weeks. This was the same for each set. I thought the first 4 days of each where probably placebo, but it was those effects which continued throughout, and still remain now.
So far my overall confidence has improved noticeably, but I'm most impressed that I no longer have a 'snap back' rubber band effect. Prior to the subliminal I often had high confidence levels one day and average the next day. The subliminal has totally prevented any fluctuation and I now confident all the time.
My walk has definitely changed. It changed during set 1, became even more of a swagger during set 2 and has changed again with the start of set 3 - more of a smooth swagger now.
I noticed at first I became more impatient, frustrated and internally angry at things which irritate me. Things like traffic or the mildly irritating things people used to do.
Every single time I hear a request of someone, my mind automatically cringes and makes me want to disobey the request just because it's a request. I wouldn't even have registered some of the requests consciously before starting this sub. Goes to show manipulation can be subtle. The dominance between the alpha of a situation and the beta, can at times be very, very subtle but it is starting to jump out in my face more so now.
Mostly, the effects have so far been internal. It's hard to put into words really the effect, but it's just a real internal feeling of power and satisfaction. I've seen a few external effects from people as they start to look to me more for directions. I've definitely put myself first in a few situations and established dominance where I'd have been more passive in the past.
I haven't yet seen any noticeable increase in female attention and attraction but I tend to get my fair share of that anyway - I'm just looking to soothe over any sticking points I have.
I'm 4 days into the 3 set now, and I really think the best is yet to come. I'm already feeling a greater difference from exposure to set 3 than I did to either set 1 and 2. I'm really excited at what set 3 and the following 3 sets have in store.
