Two loops a day of DMSI 3.2 is not a light workout. There's a reason I said 1 a day in the instructions.
Shannon I think DMSI is way too strong to be used everyday, speaking in terms of results..
Secondary ASRB calculations would have been a lot closer to 1:1 if that were the case for a majority of people.
The question is, are the people here who resist most, representative for the majority of people?
