The two resources you want are google and amazon. I recommend getting a good book on it and using that.
You're going to get better information if you sink some bucks into it.
There is a very good book by Enid Hoffman, I think her name was, called Hands: A Complete Guide to Palmistry. I read this 23 years ago, and it was very thorough. Covered everything, from wrists to fingernails. I wish I still had it, but I don't think it's really that high priority for me. But that's the book I found most interesting and worthwhile on the subject.
