Can we do any kind of affirmations while on DMSI?
If not, is there any kind of meditation or ritual we can do to pro-actively let go of the past regarding girls?
no mind programming affirmation, meditation, binaural beat , nlp, hypnotism . I have been meditating for last 5 years. I am sad bit that I gotta stop it soon with this new technology.
As far as I recall, Shannon just said not to meditate at the same time as listening to dmsi due to the state shifting.
That's what I recall too.
I was curious if he happened to know an effective meditation that'd help the healing/letting go portion of his subs.
Me too. It doesn't make sense that there wouldn't be a way to tune your conscious mind to aid the subconscious in what it's trying to do.
The ACSMA already aligns the conscious and subconscious minds to focus on and achieve the same goal.
