If you get an error from signing in. After you sign in, return to the home page of the site and then under "My Account" click "View Orders" and you should be able to download there. The other tab "My Account" is the one with the error.
But so far it seems like you can only download one file at a time, and it's slow since everyone's getting it at the same time. Either that or the Hybrid tracks for version A are giving errors for everyone.
