Shannon I find it very stressful to be productive. I find it very difficult to concentrate and I get frustrated. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing and dealing with thoughts and emotions and often they are very present all the time and it feels like suppression when I try to get work done. I don't think this is normal. I feel like AM is pushing me to overcome procrastination but it causes me to push myself too far and stress myself out. How do I resolve this tension?
