I was experiencing some good results when I began Antidepressants, then as my body became adjusted the results just absolutely stopped, but I continued to listen.
My question is:
did my brain/unconscious continue processing the subliminal while medicated? so now that I'm off medication I have 90+ days of DMSI under my belt?
Or is it that all that time listening to DMSI, but unable to execute the script means that I'm kind of back to square one?
I'm more careful about journaling these changes because glossing over what's happening is a great way of thinking too much about it and blocking results, as well as self-censoring.
The subliminal is working very well though and I've even found it helpful in combatting AD withdrawal.[/b]
Yes, it continued processing it, but the medication likely was physically shutting down the efforts of your body to do anything. Interfering. It may have also been interfered with itself by DMSI.
DMSI is designed to optimize your brain chemistry and activity for achieving the goals of the program. You're not going to be achieving them if you're depressed, so it may have a positive effect in that direction for that reason.
